It is typically used when brewing extremely lightly roasted beans at low water temperatures to extend extraction time, such as extracting for 8 minutes at 40~70°C. If you are following a standard brewing profile, such as extracting for 2~3 minutes at 94°C, we recommend using CAFEC V60 Filter Paper Abaca .
